Another Ice Cream Cake Recipe - Oreo Cookie, Hot Fudge Icecream Cake

These ice cream cakes are so easy to make and you can use any ice cream, cookie and topping combination.  You can make large ones in 9 x 14 pans or smaller ones w/9 x 9 pans.  I made a smaller one this time.  This one is a Oreo Cookie, Hot Fudge Icecream Cake.  Thank God, I am not a big fan of chocolate but the hubby loved it ;)

  • 1 Stick of Melted Butter
Directions

Heat up the hotfudge then spread over the ice cream. Top with chocolate chips Spread the Cool Whip over the top and sprinkle the rest of the oreo cookies on the top.

Xmas Shopping...u...For Me lol! ;)

I do all my Holiday shopping online.  Shopping in NYC was one thing, but thinking of going to the mall to Xmas shop is not my thing - hate the crowds of grumpy peeps!  I pretty much finished my shopping today w/the exception of some stocking stuffers.  The only problem is that when I shop for gifts, I end up buying things for myself (not that is a real problem, only for my growing CC debt)
Found some great buys today!

My favorite bath/body and facial products are from the Philosophy line.  As I was surfing channels yesterday, I spotted Philosophy on QVC.  I usually only buy from the Philosophy web site b/c you get some great deals and samples but the two items I bought were QVC exclusives.

I bought the Philosophy Kiss of Grace Gift Set in "Pure Grace", which is described as: "a fresh, clean scent of soap and water". I can't wait to get this!! The set is also available in "Amazing Grace" and "Falling In Love"   It is a $132.00 Value, that I bought for $60.00 as a "Today's Special Value" The price has gone up but not by much, it is not listed for, $64.00.

It is packaged in a beautiful box and comes with:

2 fl oz spray fragrance
5-oz tube of perfumed body butter
0.09 oz solid fragrance stick
0.5 oz tube of effervescent pink champagne-flavored lip shine
16 fl oz bottle of 3-in-1 shampoo, bath & shower gel

The next item is something that I thought was so cute. A set of hand and foot lotion that doesn't have that peppermint smell as most foot lotions do ( I can't stand that smell!) This scent smells like snow and I can't wait to try it.

Next up another pair of boots! Being on a tight budget (not that you can tell with all the shopping that I do lol) I opted out for a pair of Uggs and bought these from Payless.  I have a pair of black and brown that I have had for years and they only cost $24.99 vs the hundreds of bucks that Uggs cost.  I bought a pair in grey.

Last but not least...I needed a nice shirt for the holiday season.  I picked this up at Dress Barn (one of my favorite stores) and they finally have an online store :)

$34.99
