Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Cream Cake - It's all my friends want me to make for our parties & now taking special orders lol!

As I said in one of my earlier Ice Cream cake blogs is that I owe this ice cream cake  frenzy (lol) to a co-worker who came up w/an awesome Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream cake back in the fall.  My cakes have become so popular, that I now take special orders from my friends for our parties and/or get togethers :)
Last night we had a Final Four UConn Basketball get together at one of my best friend's house and she loves peanut butter and chocolate, so  came up with this baby for her ;)

Ingredients

  • 2 Gallons of Edy's Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream (I used low fat, yeah like that matters lol)
  • 2 1/2 Packages of 15.25 oz Peanut Butter Oreo Cookies
  • 4   Packages (8 to a package) of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups - 32 PB Cups cut into quarters
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Melted Peanut Butter
  • 2  - 4.4 oz of Hersey's Chocolate Bars Melted (the large size)
  • 3/4 of an 8 oz Container Cool Whop
  • 2 Sticks of Butter

Directions
In a 9 x 14 pan, crumble up  cookies and place on bottom of the pan.  Melt butter and mix into the cookies, stir evenly.  Add ice cream.  Cut PB cups into quarter size pieces. Melt peanut butter until liquefied.  Melt chocolate bars until liquefied .  Add PB cups to top of ice cream.  Pour melted PB on top of the PB cups, then pour the melted chocolate on top next.   Add whip cream.  Sprinkle top with the remaining PB cups and shaved chocolate.

ENJOY!!
